END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) 
For HRMS Mobile Application
Effective Date: 01/04/2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Prasiddhi Adcon Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Company", "We", or "Us"), governing your use of the HRMS Mobile Application ("Application" or "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the HRMS Mobile Application solely for internal business or employment-related use, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties;
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential;
  • Ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and internal policies;
  • Promptly reporting any bugs, malfunctions, or unauthorized access to the Company.

4. Data Privacy

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of user data. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of certain personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share user data with third parties except as required for functionality or legal compliance. All data is stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Bug Fixes and Updates

The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to fix critical bugs or technical issues reported by the user within 24 hours. Minor issues will be resolved during regular update cycles.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Prasiddhi Adcon Private Limited.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and discontinue all use of the Application.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

11. Use of Location and Camera Services

Our application may request access to your device’s location services and camera to enhance functionality and provide a better user experience.

  • Location Services: We may collect and use your device's precise location to enable features that require location-based data, such as attendance tracking, site verification, or service availability.
  • Camera Access: The application may require access to your camera for capturing photographs, such as ID proof, documents, or other verification-related images. These photos are securely stored and used strictly for the intended business purposes.

We ensure that any data collected through these services is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Access to these features is optional and can be managed through your device settings.
